Vincent Aguilar is Sector Vice President, Global Supply Chain, at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector, a premier provider of military aircraft, autonomous systems, aerospace structures and next-generation solutions.
Previously, Aguilar was Vice President of Business Management in the Military Aircraft Systems division. In this position he was responsible for all financial and business-related activities and functions within a portfolio of activities.
Prior to this role, Aguilar was Vice President, Global Supply Chain (GSC), Division and Program Execution and had responsibility for assisting with managing sector supply chain efforts and for creating the GSC strategies domestically and abroad.
Aguilar has held numerous business management and operational positions with increasing responsibility since joining the legacy TRW in 1988. Prior to his GSC role, Aguilar was the director of Business Management in the Strike division of Aeronautics Systems. In this position, he was responsible for all financial and business-related activities and functions within a portfolio of activities.
Aguilar earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and applied science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. He has also completed the Executive Leadership Program, Program Management Conference and LEAD1NG program at Northrop Grumman.
