Geoff Karpa

Geoff Karpa is a team lead in the manufacturing technology organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ Fort Worth facility, overseeing several drilling and dispensing automation-related projects. Karpa specializes in task-level automation using robotic end-effectors that perform vision, drilling, metrology and fastener installation operations. He also supports other automation projects across the enterprise. Karpa received his master’s degree in systems engineering from Southern Methodist University and bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University.
