Supplier Insights Summit
The supplier insights summit takes place each day on the Main Stage in the Smart Theater. The theme of this year’s summit is “Resiliency”. Come and listen to industry experts and innovators as they discuss and share key insights for the Aerospace & Defense supply base. Attendance at the summit is free to all AeroDef attendees.
Preferred Supplier Pavilion
Enhance your Networking inside TBG Associates Preferred Supplier Pavilion.
The Preferred Supplier Pavilion is the ideal setting for aerospace and defense decision-makers to engage with best-in-class manufacturers, service providers and other suppliers, face-to-face. All Pavilion exhibitors were hand-selected based on pre-event qualification assessments.
As attendees enter the Pavilion, they are greeted by a TBG Representatives who can create a custom itinerary of engagements, based on the attendee’s specific interests, needs and requirements. Rather than wandering aimlessly, attendees can be directly introduced to specific exhibitors by a TBG Associate’s concierge.
This area on the exhibit floor provides an enhanced networking experience that connects professionals, contract suppliers and decision makers from across the aerospace and defense industry.

One-on-One Strategic Engagements
Exhibitors in the Preferred Supplier Pavilion will participate in a series of private, one-on-one engagements with key contacts from large aerospace and defense companies. These one-on-one sessions are coordinated based on an alignment of customer needs and supplier capabilities. These sessions allow customers to share strategic insights with pre-qualified, potential suppliers. Post event, TBG Associates further enables the connection by facilitating follow up engagements.
