For the last 30 years I have been leading companies to profitability. One of my past employers moved me to 3 different locations that were all experiencing failures and burnout due to poor production launch issues. I started my career in automotive working as a Noise and Vibration Engineer working to improve the NVH qualities in the vehicle. From there I was asked to Join Parker Hannifin to bring the APQP tools from automotive into the aerospace industry. We were successful deploying many of the lean tools. Launching a new electric motor with a 99% OTD and 100% quality rating during the initial production launch. As a 6 sigma black belt I insist on using LEAN principles, team engagement, communication skills, and mentoring to be successful; steering businesses back to profitability. Always developing someone that can take over when I leave ensures I leave a legacy so the teams will be successful. I then worked at a large Japanese company improving their OTD from the 60's to the 90's percentile simply by implimenting LEAN principles and added accountabiltiy at all levels of the business.
