Mr. Jerry Smith, MPM is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career in military service. With over 24 years in communications, recruitment, retention and policy creation experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership. strategic thinking and technical expertise in ensuring attainable goals are achieved within organizations. During his tenure in the Army, Jerry served in various roles that required him to manage complex communication systems, coordinate operations and lead teams in high-pressure environments. His dedication to duty and commitment to excellence earned him numerous accolades and commendations for his service. Some of his distinguished accomplishments include the “Recruiter of the Year” for the Army in 1997 and again in 2000. He was recognized as the Soldier of the Year in 1990 and is a member of the prestigious Audie Murphy Club. After retiring from the military, Jerry transitioned into a role as a government contract recruiter, where he leveraged his extensive knowledge of military operations, communication technology and knowledge in the IC community to identify and recruit top talent for various organizations and agencies. His ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them with suitable roles made him a valuable asset in the recruitment field. For the past 15 years, Jerry has been working as a government contractor, providing consulting services and expertise in security protocols, project and program management. His experience in both military and civilian sectors has equipped him with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the complexities of government acquisition programs, contracts and regulations. He has extensive experience supporting multiple federal agencies and commands: including OSD, DoD, DoE, USA TACOM, SOCOM, and the USN OSBP. Jerry is a certified PMP and MPM. Jerry holds a BS in Business Management with concentration in Global Marketing Management and will attain an MS in Global Supply Chain Management.
