Borne in the automotive industry, his experience spans 27 years. Today, Jeff leads both Aerospace and Automotive Operations at RCO, leading with a strategy for advanced manufacturing. Jeff’s recent 15 years in the aerospace industry have made him a pioneer, generating pathways for automotive and aerospace technology convergence. Jeff serves as a board member and speaker for the Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM), where he works to ensure Michigan’s Aerospace industry is aligned with local and global opportunities. Jeff also serves as a board member for FIRST in Michigan, advocating for K-12 STEM talent development for over 35,000 students across the state. Jeff graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering & Technology. Every day begins with this thought in mind: “You can’t improve what you do not measure™”.
