As Founding Director of the U.S. Partnership for Assured Electronics, Chris established this non-profit organization to help ensure the U.S. government has access to resilient and trusted electronics supply chains. He has launched several companies in the U.S. and Asia and consults with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 manufacturers and the Department of Defense. Chris has extensive experience in driving the innovation and adoption of solutions throughout manufacturing supply chains. A frequent speaker on defense advanced manufacturing supply chains, Chris has also written many related papers and articles. His work has been documented in several books and in publications that include The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, and Nikkei News. Chris served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
