In the Cockpit & Waiting for Clearance, Tools & Tactics for a Smoother Flight

On this panel we will have a discussion of some of the tools, tactics and resources that a small business manufacturer can employ to lighten the workload and make the journey of platform-building safer, more informed and more efficient. We will channel the discussion through the priorities in the cockpit (i) Aviate; Building culture and teams to efficiently operate (ii) Navigate; Developing tools to find the most efficient and safest path and (iii) Communicate; Dynamically engaging stakeholder relationships to gather useful intelligence and build awareness. The panel will call on the expert perspectives of Patrick Gaughan and Ryan Cahalane of Axiom Manufacturing Systems and Tim Osterhouse of 4Flutes Machining. Patrick and Tim are experts in design and implementation of manufacturing and supply chain processes and technologies and workforce maximization strategies.
