- Gap analysis - AM might be utilized in one area and because of that…senior mgt is blind to how narrowly it is being utilized.
- Overview of how AM is utilized by different organizations and supporting documents on how to quickly identify the GAP and determine next steps to utilize available tools to reduce risks and increase opportunities.
