This session will give an overview of how additive manufacturing can help engineers create more performant hypersonic engines by enabling them to print challenging geometries that would be impossible to manufacture through conventional methods. It will share how aerospace engineers at these organizations used new technologies and advancements in metal 3D printing to overcome the heat, weight, and materials challenges that are inherent with hypersonic flight.
