The Technical Review & Exchange (TRX) showcases the ongoing and successful America Makes projects portfolio by sharing the research and development of additive manufacturing (AM) within our contracted project efforts. Project engineers, managers, and partners can collaborate and update stakeholders on the progress of projects underway to advance additive technology. TRX offers members and partners the opportunity to host the event, helping to increase awareness about additive advancements within their region and ecosystem. This platform features the abilities and efforts of America Makes to collaborate, catalyze, and convene the AM ecosystem.
America Makes is proud to partner with SME to co-locate the Institute’s Spring Technical Review and Exchange (TRX) with RAPID + TCT 2025 – the largest AM event in North America – along with AeroDef Manufacturing and SAE International’s WCX. Our shared goal is to convene the AM community in a central location to explore and connect on the advancement of next-generation of AM.
TRX participants will spend their mornings with project leaders and top researchers, gaining insights into the latest research and development efforts through America Makes to advance AM in the U.S. In the afternoons, they will have the opportunity to explore the wide range of attractions that RAPID + TCT 2025 offers.
