Call for Speakers Online Application
Deadline: August 21, 2013
Don’t miss your chance to meet an exclusive audience!
AeroDef® Manufacturing was created by SME in collaboration with leading OEMs for the sole purpose of providing an industry-wide gathering to re-think aerospace and defense manufacturing. It’s the one event that represents the entire scope of the extended manufacturing enterprise; the one event that will position the industry for the future.
Interested in Speaking?
Do you have expertise that can help aerospace customers make manufacturing more flexible and efficient or help them mitigate risks in the transition from development to production? This is your opportunity to share your insights, knowledge and experience with the aerospace and defense manufacturing elite! If you have an interesting presentation idea, you are invited to submit an application for consideration.
The Evaluation Process
Members of the Conference Advisory Committee evaluate all proposed abstracts based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program track structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic, and speaker qualifications.
To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature — that is, sales presentations will not be accepted. The final program selections and notifications will be made five months prior to the event. You will be notified by email if your presentation is selected.
Presentation Guidelines
You will have 30 minutes to deliver your presentation including a brief session for question and answer. A formal written document is not required, however, PowerPoint is recommended. As a selected speaker, you will receive complimentary event registration.
ITAR Sessions
When completing the abstract submission form, please let us know if your presentation is ITAR Restricted. View ITAR Regulations
